We take pride to inform that the tender for the work on expansion of NH-24 from four lanes to eight lanes has been floated by NHAI. On completion of this work it would be a 10 minute drive from Delhi-UP Border to our site. We hope this would give us independence from the long traffic jam presently prevailing in this route.
Also work has been awarded to six packages of construction of Eastern Peripheral Expressway. The contract period is 30 months.This package of expressway passes through Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Sonepat and Faridabad and intersects with NH-1, NH-2, NH-24, NH-58, NH-91, SH-57, Hindon Expressway and Yamuna Expressway. Our Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, on Thursday, 31.12.2015, laid the foundation stone of widening work of stretch of NH-24 [Delhi - Hapur corridor]. The stretch between Nizamuddin Bridge to Dasna will be 14 lanes [6-Lane Expressway and 8-Lane Highway] and the stretch from Dasna to Hapur will be 6-Lane Highway. The target for completion of this project is 30 months. On expansion of this stretch the running time from Nizamuddin Bridge to our site will be reduced considerably. AREA DEVELOPMENT: Wave City Police Chowki has been opened in the plot adjoining our site. It will work under the Massourie Police Station. This will create a positive sense of feeling among citizens who want to shift their residence inside Wave City.
